Dass Gupta & Associates has re-joined AGN
International.
Dass Gupta & Associates has 13 partners
and 81 professional and administrative staff across four
offices.
“It was a surprise when they left and it’s
very encouraging to see that the firm recognises the importance on
an effective and efficient international connection, and that AGN
does provide this,” AGN chief executive Nicholas Blake said.
The decision to rejoin AGN International was
made last year after two partners who were opposed the move left
the firm, Dass Gupta & Associates owner Raaja Jindal told
International Accounting Bulletin.
“Now all partners are unanimous,” Jindal
said
Jindal explained that many of their clients in
India have head offices in Europe, the UK or the US, the reason why
the firm wants to broaden its scope and “use this platform to grow
our business so everyone can benefit form that”.
Blake added that having Dass Gupta back in the
organisation to contribute to the increasing resources that AGN is
building within India.
