Independent French firm Primex

Primexis is based in Paris, had
turnover of €26 million ($41 million) in its most recent financial
year and has more than 280 staff. This would place the Leading Edge
Alliance as the 13th largest organisation in the networks and
associations section of this year’s International Accounting
Bulletin survey of the French
accountancy market.

The firm is organised into seven specialist
divisions: international business services; real estate and public
sector; payroll and HR administration; group consolidation and
reporting, interim management and account support; transaction
services; and information systems consultancy.

The firm has more than 30 years of experience
serving international clients and looks after more than 250
subsidiaries or branches of US, UK and other international
companies.

Primexis claims it is the first French firm to
achieve Statement on Auditing Standards No 70, Service
Organisations Type II certification, the US standard on internal
control requirements.

“We are very pleased to enter The Leading Edge

international major members,” Primexis chairman Olivier Touchard
said.
