Edward Davis has been appointed chairman of
the IGAF Worldwide North American board of directors. He will serve
a two-year term that began on 1 June.
Davis is a partner with Petrinovich Pugh &
Company and is responsible for providing audit and accounting, tax
and business consulting for closely held businesses, their owners
and their families.
Davis is a member of Petrinovich Pugh &
Company’ construction and real estate industry group and also
serves on the firm’s audit committee.
Davis was previously chairman of the committee
responsible for designing and implementing IGAF Worldwide’s
three-part leadership development programme for up-and-coming
partners and managing partners.
He has been a member of the North American
board of directors since 2004.
