Antonio Zoido has been appointed trustee to
the IFRS Foundation, the oversight body of the International
Accounting Standards Board (IASB).

Zoido is chairman of the board and chief
executive officer of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), the
operator of stock markets and financial systems in Spain.

He was previously chairman of the World
Federation of Exchanges, the Federation of European Stock Exchanges
and the European Capital Market Institute.

Zoido’s term runs until 31 December 2013 and is renewable
once.
