For the second year running, International Accounting Bulletin is hosting a night of awards to commemorate excellence in the global accounting industry

The awards, sponsored by AON, will focus on accounting networks and associations, as well as global innovations in audit, tax and consulting. The event will also feature awards for high achieving individuals, employers of choice, social media innovations and vendors to the sector.

IAB encourages networks and associations of all sizes to nominate for awards in the categories below.

Last year’s inaugural awards were a great success, with 100 nominations received from across the world across 13 categories.

IAB has been analysing the global accounting industry for over a quarter of a century, and conducts exclusive research on more than 20 countries and regions each year.
“We have a very strong connection to the accounting industry and this gives us a great platform to recognise high achievers and innovation,” said International Accounting Bulletin group editor Fred Crawley.

The awards will be held in London 14 March 2013.

  •   Tax Adviser of the Year
  •   Consultancy of the Year
  •   Employer of the Year
  •   Sustainable Firm of the Year
  •   IT Vendor of the Year
  •   Social Networking Champion of the Year
  •   International Accounting Bulletin Young Accountant of the Year
  •   International Accounting Bulletin Personality of the Year
  •   International Accounting Bulletin Lifetime Achievement Award

The nomination period will close on 30 January 2013.

A judging panel of industry experts will shortlist candidates for each category before the winners are formally announced on the night.
