HLB International has admitted Auditing and
Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company (AASC) to the
network.

AASC was founded in 1991 by the Ministry of
Finance in Vietnam and privatized in 2007.

The firm has 33 partners and 282 staff
members, with offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh
province. They specialize in accounting, auditing, consultancy and
taxation.

Chief operating officer at HLBI, James Frost,
said there has been an increased flow of business to Vietnam in the
last few years because of its well-priced and reliable production
centres.

“AASC has a long track record handling
international companies setting up in Vietnam. Their membership in
HLB strengthens our regional offering to both existing and
prospective clients,” Frost said.
