HLB expands in Middle East and Europe

HLB International has admitted a new member firm in the Middle East.

Otain Mudaiheem CPAs is an accounting and advisory firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and provides audit, assurance, international tax and business risk advisory services.

The network has also expanded its Eastern European arm appointing Macedonian firm HLB Rafajlovski Audit.

HLB Rafajlovski Audit, previously part of Rafajlovski Consulting, was founded in 2000 and audits financial statements for public and private companies across the agricultural production, construction and building materials, publishing and transportation industries.

HLB International chief operating officer James Frost said the network will look to add further representation in the Balkan region over the next twelve months.

It will be holding a conference in Croatia in January 2011 to encourage regional development.
