Grant Thornton Sweden has reported 2% growth
in annual revenue to SEK879m in the year to 30 April 2010. Grant
Thornton’s operating profit grew 74% to SEK165m over this
period.

Grant Thornton Sweden chief executive Peter
Bodin said the firm’s solid performance was due to its ability to
quickly respond to changing conditions.

“The fact that we launched our early action
program has given us a freedom to act actively in the market during
the year. It has paid off and we continue to gain market share,”
Bodin said.

Grant Thornton has 840 employees across 25
offices in Sweden.
