Grant Thornton International has added VKM
Kenya to its network to replace its former member which joined PKF
East Africa in December.
VKM Kenya, a former MSI Global Alliance
member, has 127 partners and staff.
The firm is based in the capital Nairobi and
specialises in audit, tax and advisory services.
Grant Thornton International chief executive
Ed Nusbaum said the network is looking to strengthen operations
across Africa and the addition of VKM “is an important step in
helping us to achieve that goal”.
VKM managing partner Said Kamal Shah said
being part of Grant Thornton will allow the firm to achieve its
goal of becoming a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory
services in Kenya.
