Three leading firms in the hotel sector have
created a strategic collaboration providing integrated hotel
solutions.
Grant Thornton UK, Vision Hospitality Asset
Management and TRI Hospitality Consulting will offer a d package of
advisory services unifying their specialties – financial solutions,
operational due diligence and strategic solutions.
“There is a clear appetite within the sector
as a whole, from lenders, brands and operators, for an integrated
offering such as this,” Grant Thornton UK head of hotel, advisory
Jas Dhooper said.
TRI Hospitality Consulting deputy managing
director David Bailey said the economic environment has brought
challenges not previously faced by the hotel industry and this move
seemed the most appropriate solution.
The joint venture follows the path of
competitors such as such as multi-disciplinary hotel services
provider Horwath HTL.
