Following press speculation, Goals Soccer Centres has confirm that actions undertaken by Bill Gow and Keith Rogers while employees and directors of the company form part of the current investigations into the mis-statement of historic financial statements.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the company said it can confirm no finalised conclusions have yet been reached, although, as stated earlier this month, it is clear inappropriate actions have taken place.
