PTA Dynamix SA was created in 2017 as the result of a merger between Dynamix Services SA (established in 2000 and offering accounting and tax advisory services to both companies and private individuals alike) and Professional Team Advisors SA (established in 2003 and assisting clients in international and cross-border tax and legal matters).
PTA Dynamix SA is a full member of OAD ASG, a self-regulatory organisation recognised by FINMA (the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority) which ensures compliance with legal and regulatory provisions (including anti-money laundering) in Switzerland.
The firm is headed up by CEO, Daniele Doninelli who has two partners, brother Fabio Doninelli and Luca Luoni. Together they offer the following services to their clients: Administration and Corporate Accounting Assessment; Insurance Management; Paralegal Services; Real Estate Services; International Tax Assistance and Privacy and Wealth Protection Advisory Services for HNWs.
