GMN International has admitted four member
firms across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.
In Italy, the firm Studio Gazzani, which has
four partners, 24 staff and three offices was admitted. The firm
serves clients in the real estate, transport, utilities, trade and
distribution, fashion, imports and exports, tourism and
not-for-profit sector.
In Egypt, Khodeir Consulting, which has three
partners, 42 staff and two offices was admitted. Services range
from company formation, outsourcing services, tax consultancy,
audit and legal and administrative services.
GMN International’s new member in Dubai is
Kamath Auditing, which has three partners and nine staff. It
specialises in incorporations, finance, strategy, process analysis,
process design, human resources, and compliance and anti money
laundering.
T.E.D. Saverimuttu based in Colombo, Sri Lanka
has been appointed. It has two partners, 35 staff and specialises
in accounting, audit, tax consultancy, company secretarial,
business consultancy, business process out sourcing, board of
investment consultancy, advice on structuring companies, wealth
management, trade mark registration and recruitment of executive
staff for local and foreign employment.
