Global Alliance Advisory Services (GAAS) is delighted to announce that Steve Sacks, who has been at the forefront of the accounting profession in the USA, has been appointed a director at Global Alliance Advisory Services.

Jon Lisby, who established GAAS last year said, “It is truly a pleasure to welcome Steve and we look forward to working with him as we expand our worldwide reach. Steve is widely respected in the profession as evidenced by his accomplishments that have benefited CPAs for the past 35 years. He was Regional Director for Moore Global for 11 years, and before that he led the consulting services membership division of the American Institute of CPAs (“AICPA”). He has an incredible breadth and depth of experience in the profession, which is reflected in  the release of his recently published book ‘The New Fundamentals: Practical Guidance for Today’s Accounting Firms’, which has received very  positive reviews from many of the profession’s leaders. With Steve on the team, we now have specialists located in the UK, Mainland Europe, and the USA. This better positions us to service our client base.”

“I am delighted to join the GAAS team. Its expanding and diverse range of services, from strategy development and firm recruitment to governance and quality management, embody the current and future needs of accounting practices.  GAAS is a one-stop specialist consultancy, and there are so many areas where I can add value to clients. Of course, being based in the USA adds a further dimension,” Steve commented.
