Alexander Ivlev has been appointed country
managing partner of Ernst & Young (E&Y) Russia.

Ivlev has more than 15 years experience
working in business development and client relation services and in
2007 he was named a young global leader by the World Economic
Forum.

In his new role, Ivlev will focus on the
development and growth of E&Ys business in Russia and the
Commonwealth of Independent States, which includes Armenia,
Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine and
Uzbekistan.

In addition, he will coordinate the expansion
of the firm’s offices and work with foreign investors under the
Russian Foreign Investments Advisory Council.
