Ernst & Young (E&Y) Netherlands has acquired the enterprise intelligence firm Partake Consulting, incorporating it into its advisory services practice.
Partake Consulting currently employs about 60 people across Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK and provides services in the growth segments of enterprise intelligence including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics.
“The services provided will leverage our activities aimed at supporting the CFO agenda and the ambitions for growth of our organisation,” E&Y Netherlands managing partner Gijs de Vries said.
“Being part of the E&Y organisation enables us to extend the services that we offer to our clients. This results in splendid prospects for growth, not only for our organisation, but for our staff as well. This will widen their scope of activities and enhance their career opportunities,” Partake Consulting management team member Berry Diepeveen said.
Partake Consulting generates €11m ($15.6m) in annual sales revenues by providing advisory services to a large portfolio of companies.
