Ernst & Young US has added privately owned
consultancy ISA Consulting to its portfolio, as part of plans to
expand its presence in the performance management and analytics
market.
ISA Consulting specialises in providing
business performance management, business intelligence and data
integration services.
In addition to the investment in human
resources, Ernst & Young said the organisation will provide
proprietary methodologies and intellectual property.
“The acquisition of ISA Consulting is part of
a broader strategy to expand Ernst & Young’s already strong
presence in the performance management and analytics market,” said
Americas Advisory Services Leader for Ernst & Young, Bob
Patton.
ISA Consulting, based in Philadelphia, has
operations in New York, Atlanta, Boston and Washington DC.
