US accounting firms Eisner and Amper,
Politziner & Mattia have merged to form EisnerAmper.

The Northeast firm say clients will benefit
from expanded resources and expertise.

The firm offers audit, tax, business advisory

EisnerAmper chairman Howard Cohen said the
relationship between the two firms extends back many years.

“Together, we are infinitely stronger in terms
of regional reach, professional expertise and client
service. We are well positioned for both immediate and
long-term growth,” Cohen said.

EisnerAmper is a member of PKF International
and serves clients from 11 offices in New York, New Jersey,
Philadelphia and the Cayman Islands.
