Brendan Jennings has been appointed managing
partner at Deloitte Ireland. He succeeds Pat Cullen and his term
begins 1 June.
Cullen will resume his previous role as a
senior partner in the firm.
Jennings joined Deloitte in 1981 and became a
partner in 1993. He is currently the national audit leader at the
firm working closely with many of the firm’s largest clients. He
has also served on the firm’s executive committee since 2002.
During his time at Deloitte, Jennings served
as leader of the consumer business practice and has significant
experience with both national and multinational clients in the
manufacturing and retail areas.
“I would like to thank Pat Cullen for the very
significant contribution he has made to the firm during his term as
managing partner. Under his leadership, Deloitte has made
outstanding progress across a range of areas and grown its market
share, against a background of the most challenged economic
environment in our history,” Jennings said.
