With effect from 12 August 2019, Melbourne-based NeoData Australia will become part of Deloitte’s consulting enterprise technology practice. Deal terms have not been disclosed.
NeoData is an information services consultancy that specialises in reporting, analytics, and business modelling solutions. It also provides Oracle-enabled analytics services in Australia and is the only company to have been awarded Oracle APAC Specialized Partner of the Year for four years running (2016 to 2019).
Two of NeoData’s three leaders will become Deloitte partners (CEO Dr. Tas Osianlis and COO Robert Loughnane) and the third a principal (CTO Gergo Bacskai). Approximately 20 staff will join Deloitte offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
Deloitte has added significantly to its technology consulting offering in recent years, including teams from Dataweave, an Oracle integration specialist, in 2014; and last year AWS Cloud specialists, CloudTrek and Microsoft Azure integration consultancy Mexia.
