Crowe Horwath is set to merge with
Sacramento’s largest regional accounting firm Perry-Smith.

Perry-Smith has offices in San Francisco and
Sacramento, providing audit, tax and consulting services.

Effective from November, 16 partners and more
than 100 staff will join Crowe Horwath.

“By adding the people of Perry-Smith, this
expansion allows us to further develop the West Coast. While we
currently have California offices in Los Angeles and Orange County,
we believe that a presence in San Francisco and Sacramento will
enhance our ability to serve the needs of our clients and the
careers of our people,” Crowe Horwath chief executive Chuck Allen
said.
