Crowe Horwath International has added three
firms to its network in Turkey.
The current Crowe Horwath Troy member will be joined by
Istanbul-based firms HSY Audit and Kavram, as well as Izmir-based
firm Olgu.
HSY Audit has seven partners and 55 staff, offering audit, tax and
consulting services. Kavram mainly specialises in tax and has 19
partners and 80 professional staff. Olgu has 24 partners and 38
staff, providing assurance and tax services.
Crowe Horwath International said its Turkish firms will operate
under a new umbrella organisation agreement and be co-ordinated and
led by Crowe Horwath Troy managing partner Elvan Karakus.
Crowe Horwath International chief executive Frank Arford said the
addition of these three firms “will facilitate higher growth and
significantly improve our positioning in the country”.
In the International Accounting Bulletin’s latest Turkey
survey, Horwath Troy was ranked as the ninth largest mid-tier firm
in the country with revenue of TRY4.6m ($2.5m) in the year to 31
December 2010.
