Clifton Gunderson has acquired full service
firm Meyners + Company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Meyners + Company offers assurance, tax and
general business consulting practices.
The acquisition will see five partners join
Clifton Gunderson including Cathy Brown, Ben Darwin, Brandon
Haines, Georgie Ortiz and Patrick Wilkins as well as 58 staff
members.
This is the seventh merger and acquisition for
Clifton Gunderson since May 2010 and the second acquisition of
2011.
“Our recent merger and acquisition activity
directly aligns with our aggressive strategy to grow our business,
increase our geographic footprint and expand the resources and
expertise we provide to our clients and future clients,” said
Clifton Gunderson chief executive Kris McMasters.
Clifton Gunderson is a US member of the HLB
