Aberdeen accountancy firm, Williamson and Dunn, is to join Campbell Dallas on 2 August, 2019. The firm was founded in 1880, employs five partners and 36 staff and has a fee income of more than £3m.
All staff and partners transfer to Campbell Dallas, now one of the largest accountancy practices in Scotland outside the Big Four, with 47 partners, nearly 550 staff and a combined fee income of circa £40m. The enlarged business will trade as Campbell Dallas.
Williamson and Dunn provides accountancy, advisory, tax, audit, financial planning and compliance services to more than 1,000 owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and private individuals.
Scott-Moncrieff also joined Campbell Dallas in April this year, adding 16 partners and 220 staff. The deals follow on from Campbell Dallas joining Baldwins and the Cogital Group in October 2017.
