BKD, a US member of Praxity, chief executive
Neal Spencer is to resign from his post in June.

BKD said it has a succession plan for
identifying the next chief executive, but has not provided
information as to when the appointment is planned to take
place.

Spencer became chief executive of the firm in
June 2007 and also chaired the BKD Governing Board, which sets firm
policy and oversees strategic initiatives, during that
time.

Spencer has worked for BKD since 1986 and was
elected partner in 1995.

In the future, Spencer said he is planning to
stay within the firm and that his decision to step down was based
on his desire to spend more time with his family and to pursue
other opportunities within BKD.
