BDO has admitted Edison Consulting Group to
its network. The firm is based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Edison Consulting has four partners and about
25 professional members of staff. The firm provides the full range
of professional services including audit, tax, bookkeeping and
consulting.
Edison Consulting specialises in business
consulting and advisory services including corporate finance,
regulatory matters, restructuring and M&A. The firm’s client
base includes companies in the energy, real estate, logistics,
automotive and media sectors.
“Many of our clients are the local
subsidiaries of medium and large multinational groups so, as a
member firm of BDO, we will be able to offer them effective support
throughout the world,” Edison Consulting managing partner Peter
Gunda said.
“The new BDO firm in the Slovak Republic is an
important element of BDO’s strategic growth plans in this specific
region and we also anticipate the substantial growth of the firm
itself,” BDO International chief executive Martin van Roekel
said.
