BDO US is taking on staff and partners from
Delaware based firm McBride Shopa & Company.

McBride Shopa & Company has been part of
the BDO Seidman Alliance since 2000.

The firm’s 40 staff and four partners have
fully crossed over to BDO, but will remain in the existing two
offices in Delaware.

BDO US chief executive Jack Weisbaum said
 the addition of the partners and staff formerly, with McBride
Shopa, adds the important Delaware market to BDO’s existing
presence in the Philadelphia and the greater Washington, DC
area.

“McBride Shopa’s extensive experience in
government and non-profits will further strengthen our existing
practice in the Mid-Atlantic region” said Weisbaum.
