The Baldwins Group has undertaken 11 acquisitions in as many months adding a further 36 offices to its national network in the UK. Baldwins itself joined the Cogital Group in 2016.  The latest three acquisitions are Williamson and Dunn Chartered Accountants, Rothmans Chartered Accountants and Treasury Chartered Accountants.

Williamson and Dunn will trade as Scotland-based accountancy firm Campbell Dallas, part of the Baldwins Group after joining in 2017.

Rothmans Chartered Accountants’ three offices on Park Road South in Havant, High Street in Fareham and West Street in Sutton, as well as Treasury Chartered Accountants on Kings Road in Portsmouth, will trade as Wilkins Kennedy.

The latest acquisitions mean Baldwins now has 97 offices across England, Scotland and Wales – employing more than 3,000 staff with an annual turnover of approximately £225m.
