RubinBrown is to merge with Bondi & Co next month.
Bondi & Co has 30 staff providing audit
services for public and not-for-profit companies.
The merger will lead to the creation of what
is projected to be among the 50 largest accounting firms in the US,
and will be made up more than 400 members of staff.
The firm’s current offices located in
Englewood and Denver will physically combine in mid September.
Bondi & Co said it aims to offer its
clients more comprehensive services with specific industry
expertise.

enable us to provide exceptional service to our clients and
continue to grow in our markets,” Rubin Brown chairman James G.
Castellano said
Rubin Brown is one of the largest accounting
and business consulting firms in the US, with more than 400 team
members working from offices in St.Louis, Kansas City, Denver and
Englewood.
