Baker Tilly MKM, based in Oman, has
collaborated with Saudi Arabian firm Abdullah A. Aziz Al-Hamli to
extend its coverage in the Middle East.
As part of the joint venture Abdullah A. Aziz
Al-Hamli will change its name to Bakertilly MKM Al Hamli as well as
eventually convert to a full member within regional firm Baker
Tilly MKM.
Abdullah A. Aziz Al-Hamli has offices located
in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam and about 40 staff.
Abdulla Al Hamli, who is managing partner of
the new firm, said there are also plans to open a new office in Al
Khobbar, which is one of the key industrial cities and has a huge
potential for its range of services including M&A.
Bakertilly MKM Al Hamli will offer a range of
services including audit, assurance and advisory and specialised
services in manufacturing consulting, industrial relocations,
syndications and credit enhancement, financial engineering and
restructuring.
Baker Tilly MKM also has offices across the
UAE and Oman.
