Dansk Revision Randers, a member of Baker
Tilly Denmark, has acquired operations at KPMG Randers.

Dansk Revision Randers is the largest firm in
Baker Tilly Denmark with more than 100 employees, including 33
registered public accountants and CPAs. The firm offers advisory
and accountancy services.

KPMG’s international customers in the Randers
area will now be handled by KPMG’s offices in Aarhus and
Aalborg.

Dansk Revision Randers is currently
developing a tax and VAT centre, designed to assist firms with
international taxation and VAT cases throughout the Baker Tilly
Denmark network.
