Thomas Jones and Oliver Stratton have been
appointed co-heads of Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) in Asia.
Jones, who has more than 30 years of
experience in financial services, was previously an A&M
managing director. He is also a past advisory board member of the
firm.
Stratton, who is the former head of global
business consulting firm Bain & Company’s Hong Kong office, has
more than 20 years of experience in consulting and private equity
in Asia. He has specific knowledge on business strategy,
performance improvement, operational turnarounds and mergers and
acquisitions, including transaction due diligence and post-merger
integration.
The A&M Asian practice based in Hong Kong
currently offers restructuring, dispute analysis and forensic
accounting services to a variety of clients in the region.
