Assure Consulting provides consultancy services in relation to mergers and acquisitions, financing, IT, corporate restructuring and staff placement, as well as internal audit and accounting services. It was founded in 2005 by the current managing director P S Balasubramanyam.
The firm’s client base comprises insurance companies, banks, healthcare and educational establishments and family-owned businesses.
