AGN International – Asia Pacific Limited is part of AGN International Ltd, which has 177 accounting firm members in 84 countries throughout the world. Xestion Advisor Private Limited (XAPL), founded in 2013, specializes in Risk Advisory & Management Consulting domains. A team strength of 40+ people have Indian as well as global experience across diverse industries.

In the last three years XAPL has become associated with leading Indian and global brands across a wide range of sectors including telecom, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, e-commerce and learning, amongst others. XAPL has handled projects in the domains of corporate governance advisory (risk management, internal audit, ICFR, information security, fraud prevention & investigations) and business performance advisory (process mapping & documentation, policy design, ERP reviews, process improvement & automation, MIS design & development, cost management & optimization, operational reviews etc.). XAPL undertakes transaction advisory projects as well.
