Three new members join PrimeGlobal

PrimeGlobal has welcomed three new international members: Shanghai-based firm, Shanghai Nuo De Financial Consulting Co., Ltd , LLP, Qatari firm Dr. Hashim Al Sayed Accounting & Auditing Office and Rome based firm Ferrari & Associati – Studio Legale e Commerciale.

China-based firm Shanghai Nuo De Financial Consulting Co., Ltd joins the association’s Asia Pacific region. Since its inception in 2002, Shanghai Nuo De Financial Consulting Co., Ltd has provided lines of service covering assurance, advisory, tax and corporate services to its clients. The firm offers local clients an international professional service and helps overseas investors to establish and operate their business in China.

Managing Partner Richard Zhang said: “Our partners and professional staff mainly come from the Big 4 international accounting firms and World 500 enterprises with years of international experience. More companies are recognizing the benefits that can be gained from economies of scale and by entering new markets, whether they are mid-size companies just on the track or start-up companies with great growth potential. As their long-term business partner, we deeply feel the necessity to further expand our international exposure.”

Established in 2001, Qatar based firm Dr. Hashim Al Sayed Accounting & Auditing Office is the association’s first member in Qatar and joins the EMEA region.

Managing Partner, Dr. Hashim said: “We believe that the Accounting and Auditing profession plays a vital role in the economy of all countries. Qatar is a fast-developing country and is going to host the Football World Cup in 2022, with many new local and international companies incorporating daily. We understand the economic changes taking place in the world, accordingly we realize that to cope with changes we must provide an expert team of professionals to meet the needs. However, our journey is not limited to the local level. Hence, we have made a new relationship with PrimeGlobal to increase our international exposure.”

Also established in 2001 and also joining PrimeGlobal’s EMEA region is Italian firm, Ferrari & Associati – Studio Legale e Commerciale. The firm offers assistance in the management of organizational projects, optimizing business processes and financial management systems, following the customer at every stage, from the design to the implementation of the business. Since 2004, the firm has expanded its scope and enlarged its offer to the public by including legal competences, becoming “Studio Legale e Commerciale” (law and accountancy Firm).
