Morison KSi secures representation in three new locations

Morison KSi is delighted to welcome three new member firms this week; Bakashvili and Co in Tbilisi, Georgia, SEFIC International in Cotonou, Benin and STRATEGIKONSEIL, Doula, Cameroon.

Bakashvili (LLC Audit Firm Bakashvili and Company) was founded in 1995 and prides itself on being the first firm in Georgia offering audit services. Bakashvili provides financial audit, accounting, tax audit, asset valuation and as well as financial-economic services to Georgian and international businesses. The firm has 25 employees and is based in the capital city of Tbilisi. The principal contact for the firm is Nikoloz Bakashvili.

Founded in 1981, SEFIC international has established itself as a high-profile accounting firm in Benin. Providing full service, SEFIC has client experience in industries such as cement factories, breweries, cotton exportation, oil exportation and shipping. The firm is also active in the banking and insurance sectors. SEFIC’s founding partner Mr Hinson Yovo was the first vice-president of the Chartered Accountants in Benin and the firm was previously a correspondent member at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. The principal contact for the firm is Cedric Koundandé.

STRATEGIKONSEIL is a very dynamic, young accounting firm, providing core services. Founded in 2012 by partner Richard Tina the firm has significantly grown to 8 full time and 2 part time staff. The firm’s client base includes mainly owner managed businesses, partnerships, some subsidiaries of international groups and NGOs, in sectors such as hotels, NGOs, public fundraisers, IT, transportation, building and construction. The principal contact for the firm is Partner Richard Tina. Richard is also a member of the French Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a small Accounting firm in Amiens (120 km North of Paris). He teaches accounting at the University of Amiens and is a member of the Jury for the graduation of the French Chartered Accountants.
