GGI adds firms in Germany and India

GGI (Geneva Group International) has added Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH of Cologne, Germany and RNM Capital Advisors of New Delhi, India, to its association.

Zerbach & Company, founded in 2014, is an independent corporate finance advisory firm, located on Maarhausen manor in Cologne. The firm advises family-owned companies, family offices, private equity investors and start-ups on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, company succession and changes in shareholder structure. It also provides corporate finance advisory and valuation services.

The managing partners have been working together as a team for more than 10 years, including in the M&A advisory unit of DZ BANK Group (the central bank of the German cooperative banking sector), and combine more than five decades of corporate finance experience, both domestic and cross-border.

Established in 2009, RNM Capital Advisors (RNM) is a mid-market focused boutique investment banking firm. RNM provides advisory services to its clients across sectors and geographies in the area of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures/collaborations, fund mobilisation, restructuring & turnaround, valuations, due diligence, India entry, and other allied corporate finance matters.

The firm provides cross-border and domestic access for strategic opportunities and growth capital backed by corporate and institutional relationships, sectors & product knowledge.
