Baker Tilly TFW Acquires Lightway Corporate Services

Press release by Baker Tilly International - Baker Tilly International member firm, Baker Tilly TFW (Singapore) has completed its acquisition of Lightway Corporate Services, a boutique corporate service provider.

Founded in 2003, Lightway Corporate Services offers corporate secretarial, consulting, accounting, tax compliance and advisory services. The firm’s clientele is comprised of a broad range of businesses, including SMEs, private and public companies, charities and non-profit organisations.

Commenting on the acquisition, Baker Tilly TFW’s managing partner, Sim Guan Seng said: “We are delighted to welcome Lightway Corporate Services to the Baker Tilly TFW family.
