Baker Tilly TFW Acquires Lightway Corporate Services

Press release by Baker Tilly International - Baker Tilly International member firm, Baker Tilly TFW (Singapore) has completed its acquisition of Lightway Corporate Services, a boutique corporate service provider.

Founded in 2003, Lightway Corporate Services offers corporate secretarial, consulting, accounting, tax compliance and advisory services. The firm’s clientele is comprised of a broad range of businesses, including SMEs, private and public companies, charities and non-profit organisations.

Commenting on the acquisition, Baker Tilly TFW’s managing partner, Sim Guan Seng said: “We are delighted to welcome Lightway Corporate Services to the Baker Tilly TFW family. With this acquisition, clients can look forward to an expanded and integrated suite of professional services that meet their varied business needs”.
