News briefs, firm movements: Deloitte, HLB and AGN

Deloitte has joined forces with Stratosfera, a polish consulting firm offering strategic marketing services. Clients will be offered a new and broader range of marketing strategy and brand positioning services under the Stratosfera by Deloitte brand, the Big Four firm has announced.

"Joining forces with Deloitte opens up an opportunity for Stratosfera to develop its competence and expand the scale of its operations. It is also a chance to broaden the range of our services through the use of state-of-the-art technologies and unique analytics tools offered by Deloitte," Stratosfera managing partner and co-founder Krzysztof Najder said.

Deloitte announced in a statement that the Stratosfera team will focus on development of innovative products and services making use of the strengths of both partners.

HLB International has added member firms in Germany, Italy and Turkey.

GAR Gesellschaft für Aufsichtsrecht und Revision mbH is based in Frankfurt and specialises in consulting and auditing services to the financial secotr, especially banks and investments companies.

Triberti Colombo has offices in Milan and Turin and counts 100 staff. The firm provides audit, tax, corporate finance and consulting services.

Vezin Yeminli Mali Müsavirlik A.S. counts two partners and 55 staff in offices in Ankara and Istanbul.

AGN International has added Dafferns as a new member firm in the UK.

Dafferns is AGN International fourth member in the UK and the only one outside of London. Dafferns counts six partners and 35 staff. As part of AGN, Dafferns will be looking to encourage inward investment into the Midlands by promoting Coventry and Warwickshire as an ideal location for international businesses looking to set up in the UK, the International association announced.
