News brief, firm movements: MI, HLB, PKF, EY, Santa Fe, IAPA, GGI

Morison International has added Moroccan firm Auditia to its association. Based in Casablanca Auditia was established in 2011 and cunts two partners. The firm specialises in the financial, hospitality, construction, real estate and education sectors.

HLB International has added HLB Mongolia Audit LLC to its network. Established in 2010 and based in Ulaanbaatar, HLB Mongolia Audit LLC provides audit, accounting and tax services.

PKF Cooper Parry has announced it will merge with Birmingham-based Clement Keys, effective January 2016. The newly merged firm will have a combined revenue of £30m and a team of 350 people across its two offices in the East and West Midlands, according to PKF International. O'Connor Davies, a PKF member firm, will merge with Stanley Marks & Company LLP based in Newburgh USA. Stanley Marks & Company LLP specialises in accounting services for the medical practice field.

EY US has added digital solutions company NorthPoint Digital. NorthPoint Digital architects, builds and implements technology platforms that can power large scale websites, apps and portals across a variety of devices.

Santa Fe Associates has added Indian firm SCM Associates to its network, with eight offices located in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Cuttack, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. Santa Fe Associates Uganda has established a practice in Kigali, Rwanda. The firm will trade as Santa Fe Associates Rwanda Limited. Santa Fe Associates has replaced its former member in Colombia with a firm newly created out of the Ecuadorian member.

IAPA has added New York firm Schulman Lobel to its association.
Schulman Lobel counts six partners and 60 staff offering accounting, assurance, tax and consulting services to businesses and individuals.

GGI has added Mexican two partner firm García & Valdèz Asociados, S.C to its association. The firm counts 17 staff and offers audit, internal control, accounting, financial and tax advice.
