BOKS International welcomes new Accounting and Tax advisory firm in Brazil. This is the 3rd member to join BOKS International in LATAM, as the alliance continues to extend its global coverage in all regions

Apriori Brazil is formed of professionals who have operated for years in the fields of accounting, tax, finance, labour and social security. The firm specialises in providing the multi process outsourcing of accounting, tax, finance, payroll and corporate secretarial services as well as advisory, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, tax consultancy, due diligence, interim administrative services and other special projects. They are committed to offering effective solutions to reduce operational cost and optimise results with quality, transparency and timeliness required by their local and international clients playing in a very competitive marketplace.

Says Shashikant Sharma, Partner, “Apriori was formed to provide quality service to its client and work very closely to provide all the necessary support that our clients require, especially international clients, considering the current complexity of tax environment, regulatory aspects and labor legislation of Brazil.”

Says Richard Sergeant, Alliance Director, “This is the first new member to join BOKS international this year, as our January influx gets underway, and we expect it to be the first of many.  Apriori are a young but fast growing firm who fit in perfectly with the values of our alliance and we expect them to be an excellent partner for us in the LATAM region.”
